Congratulations on your
new home! Whether this is your permanent residence or vacation home, our Interior Designers will walk you through the design and building process. You can be confident that our
designers will make your home unique and comfortable.
Once you have finalized your
new construction selection, you can either stop in at our Design Center or call to schedule your appointment with one of our Interior Designers. You can also access your personal "New Home"
web pages by entering your username and password assigned to you by your designer. Your "New Home" web page will feature your personalized design requirements for your new home. You will be able to view your home in progress and review design elements online. Below describes what decisions need to be made at each appointment.

Should additional appointments
be deemed necessary, we will gladly do so until the building phase ceases.
After that time, additional design time will be billed at a per hour rate for in-person and phone
consultations.
